I started in Wales and moved to Surrey via London and Brighton. I was once an actor and youth theatre director but now I’m an English teacher and writer. I became a husband (to Nina) and a father (to Cariad). The one constant has been Doctor Who. I also write a blog under the name Chap_with_Wings.
Arrived in 1977 and has hung around ever since. His needs are few; a nice telly, a good pile of films and as little ITV drama as can be managed. His education was varied and uninspiring and after a dalliance with film theory attempted to cut a career in film-making. It’s not as easy as it looks. He has filled a variety of jobs in his time including working at a theme park (commentating on racing clowns), working for the civil service (creating vast amounts of Viagra paperwork), hijacking secondary school newsletters, and working in a bookshop. After running his own PC repair business he’s now writing and publishing. He is married and lives in Surrey with his wife, daughter and catGod. He is currently writing Justyce Served with Alun Harris.
Robert Hammond is a graphic designer and artist, and has been a fan of Doctor Who since 1973. He wrote the DWM Award winning extra ‘Oh Mummy!’ for the BBC released DVD ‘Pyramids of Mars’ and has provided illustrations to numerous documentaries and features in the range, including ‘The Invasion’, ‘Trial of a Time Lord’, and ‘Survival’. His first book, ‘Field Responses’, a collection of haiku was published in 2010, and he is one-third of the publishing firm Miwk.
